OUR SALES POLICY
Rabbits are living breathing animals, therefore I do not guarantee show quality, (how a rabbit will place in a show), reproductive ability or quality of offspring, as these depend on many factors beyond our control. No rabbits with known disqualifications will be offered for sale, with the exception of Brood Does which may be over the 2 pound 8 ounce weight limit. It is the purchasers responsibility to examine the rabbit before taking possession for defects and ARBA disqualifications. All sales are made on a first come first serve basis. However, if you are interested in a particular rabbit we will hold it for fourteen (14) days with a 50% non-refundable deposit. Arrangements can be made to hold the rabbit additional days at the rate of $1.00 per day per rabbit. Deposit must be recieved within five( 5 ) days of your commitment to purchase or rabbit will be relisted. When we receive your email or written commitment to buy, the rabbit will be marked as SALE PENDING. When we receive your deposit Rabbit will be marked SOLD. This is the only way we will hold a rabbit. NO EXCEPTIONS. If I am making delivery to a pre-determined place other than a show, or someone is picking up a rabbit for you here at our rabbitry, I require FULL payment (non-refundable) with money order or cash in advance. No rabbit leaves my possesion with being paid for in full. All rabbits are in good health at time of sale. In the event that the rabbit on hold becomes unavailable due to unexpected illness or death, we will refund your deposit in full. You have 10 days from the date you take possession of the rabbit to notify me of any illness or death. If the illness or death occurred because of negligence on your part no replacement will be offered or made. A replacement rabbit or refund will be offered at the time of the contact. If there are no replacements at that time your name will be put on a replacement list and you will be contacted when one becomes available. You will have one week after you have been notified that replacement is available for pickup to pick up your replacement rabbit. Anything that occurs 10 days after the sale is not covered by any warranty, written, expressed or implied.

All rabbits are priced PICKED UP at OUR rabbitry.
Deposits and payment can be made with money orders or cash, we no longer accept checks.
We do not ship rabbits.
Delivery available at rate of .58 per mile round trip, within 300 mile radius, and if all details of delivery can be worked out.
Payment for delivery fee must be recieved before delivery will be made.
We do not sell bred does or offer our bucks for stud.
We will be happy to bring any For Sale rabbits to any show I am attending with a 50% **nonrefundable** deposit received before the show.
Due to liabilities we do not transport rabbits for others.
Rabbits must be PAID IN FULL before leaving my possession.
I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO END ANY SALE AT ANY TIME.

Use of the Raspberry Run prefix
RASPBERRY RUN, rabbitry number : D1124 is officially registered and recorded with The American Rabbit Breeders Association, Inc.
Use of the Raspberry Run prefix in any form, except when the Raspberry Run prefix is used in conjunction with
the full pedigreed name of the rabbit is prohibited .
Correct acceptable example : Raspberry Run Turbo, Raspberry Run Impression
Incorrect prohibited examples : Raspberry Run,Raspberry Run lines, or Raspberry Run bloodlines
